The platform is fully synced with Exact Online, so all the bookkeeping happens automatically. Picture this: whether someone buys coffee in the actual shop or online, it all gets recorded in one place. The system is smart enough to know which sales happened in-store versus online, keeping everything organized in Exact Online.
I also implemented a feature that crunches the numbers at the end of each day. It totals up all the B2C sales, breaking them down by country and how they were sold. It even figures out the VAT for each sale and puts it all into a detailed PDF. This summary, along with all the sales info, gets automatically entered into Exact Online. No more headaches trying to keep track of taxes and sales across different channels!
And let's not forget about style. The website has this fun, hipster vibe that really captures the brand's modern yet artisanal feel. Whether customers are shopping in-store or online, they get the same awesome experience.
