Details
The tool has some really neat features. It waits a bit before sending out review requests. This way, customers actually have time to get their stuff before we bug them for feedback. And you can tweak how long it waits!
It gets even better. You can set it up to ask for reviews based on all sorts of things - like when an order's ready, or when it's been delivered. I even threw in custom triggers for good measure. Oh, and if someone forgets to leave a review, the tool gives them a gentle nudge. But don't worry, I made sure it won't pester people too often.
And for those customers you'd rather not ask for reviews? No problem. You can easily tell the tool to skip certain groups. Basically, you're in the driver's seat when it comes to managing those review requests.
